Terms & Conditions 

 

While MoreTone Fitness will always be as flexible as possible are terms stand to enable smooth running of the business to allow members to get the most out of their memberships. With a changing world out terms are reviewed to make sure we keep everything running as it should. 

 

 

Class memberships 

 

Our class memberships run from the 1st of each month until the last day of the month. A direct debit will be collected from all members who have signed up to perchance one of our class membership by GoCardless via the app PTMinder which MoreTone Fitness uses to issue and keep members details and memberships up to date. All class memberships, 4, 8 or unlimited classes per month can only be used in the month purchased (for example - classes purchased on May 1st will need to be used or will expire on May 31st) this means that classes can NOT be carried over into the following month or any month after that. Memberships consisting of 4 or 8 classes per month is the total number of classes given, for months with 5 weeks extra classes need to be purchased if all your classes have been used. You must book onto the classes you’d like to attend, the PTMinder app will allow you to book on up to 31 days in advance for the number or classes paid for in the month. If you need to cancel a class you must do this before 30 minutes of the class starting or you will lose the class. 

 

 

Personal Training 

 

Personal training memberships run from the 1st of each month until the last day of the month. A direct debit will be collected from all members who have signed up to perchance one of our personal training membership by GoCardless via the app PTMinder which MoreTone Fitness uses to issue and keep members details and memberships up to date. All personal training memberships, 4, 8 or 12 sessions per month can only be used in the month purchased (for example - sessions purchased on May 1st will need to be used or WILL expire on May 31st) this means that sessions can NOT be carried over into the following month or any month after that. All our coaches are fully qualified and insured to instruct and deliver sessions and will do so to the highest standard. Clients must ensure any information that could effect their health or any other issue during the session must be made clear to the instructor before the session begins. If you need to cancel your session 24 hours notice must be given or the session will be lost. Rescheduling the session will always be done where possible but if the session can not be taken in the month purchased due to rescheduling the session will be lost. 

 

 

Photographs and videos are taken during sessions and around the gym, you may feature in these time to time but they will only ever be used on social media and other platforms for marketing or information on our services. If you feel you can not appear in this type of media it is the members responsibility to speak to a staff member and express your preference. 

 

 

MoreTone Fitness can choose who does and does not have access to the services we provide and will terminate your memberships if we feel a person is bringing a negative, disrespectful or abusive approach to our facility. If you as a member see disrespectful or harmful behaviour it is your responsibility to inform a member of staff so it can be dealt with properly. 

 

It is the responsibility of any member, whether personal training, class membership or any other type of service, must give up to date information on their health and any condition or factor that may impact their time with us, the PAR-Q form on the PTMinder app must be completed before attending their first session. All members MUST treat the venue, equipment, staff and other members with respect and we will enforce a NO tolerance approach to negative and offensive behaviour!
