About Personal Training

What is Personal Training?

Personal training is all about you. With structured one-to-one exercise sessions in which you'll spend on average 60 minutes (depending on ability and session structure) with your coach who will work with you to make sure you're on track to hitting your targets. 

We offer continuous support via message and email so you can ask any questions you may have, and you will be added to a Facebook support community where you'll get loads of fitness tips, workouts, and motivation to keep you on track and in touch with other people working towards their goals.

Training Sessions

We like to make sure you have options so your programme fits your life.  Training sessions are face-to-face or online sessions via Zoom, whichever you prefer; this ensures you can attend your session anywhere and allows you to train from your own home or even on your holiday! 

⁣In addition, you'll also have workouts to do at the gym or at home if you wish to do more. These can be sent to your phone via an app so you have them at your fingertips ready to go when you are. Each exercise has a demo video so you'll know exactly what you're meant to be doing.

Nutritional Advice

Together we will go over your current diet, figure out what's holding you back or needs tweaking. Don't worry, it's not all fruit and veg - it's about balancing your meals be that carnivore, vegan or anywhere in between.
 

We can guide you through creating a menu that works best for you and can fit in with your family life - you'll not be making different meals for everyone anymore!

Train as a Pair

Reach your goals together

Personal Training doesn't have to be just one-to-one - train as a pair with a friend or family member for that extra sense of fun and motivation.

You will each get your own personal training and nutrition plan so you can split the cost without splitting the results!

Really great sessions! Jason finds a way to make the sessions challenging for everyone, no matter your level of strength or fitness, so it's really inclusive. Great way to get fitter and stronger, and also improve technique thanks to Jason's guidance. Would really recommend.
