MoreTone Mums is a series of fitness classes designed specifically with Mums in mind. Not only do we look after our Mums’ health and wellbeing, we are also a child-friendly class so you can bring your little ones with you.
Our classes are varied to ensure our Mums get a rounded fitness programme – we may focus on strengthening the core through controlled, specific lifting exercises or take on a short HIIT circuit to help burn some calories.
Whatever your focus, from diastasis recti to fitness ability, everything at MoreTone Mums is adaptable to suit you, and whichever stage of motherhood you’re at.

Really great sessions! Jason finds a way to make the sessions challenging for everyone, no matter your level of strength or fitness, so it's really inclusive. Great way to get fitter and stronger, and also improve technique thanks to Jason's guidance. Would really recommend.
