My Story

Hi! I’m Joanna- the face behind the name! 


I am a 40 year old, mum-of-one, former primary school teacher who decided to follow my passion and become a Personal Trainer and this is why…


Following the birth of my son, I wanted to return to exercise but I just didn’t know where to start.  I didn’t feel confident in the gym, I didn’t want to (and definitely didn’t have time to!) spend hours on the treadmill but also didn’t know how to approach any kind of strength and conditioning. Basically, I was lost.


My experience inspired me to find a way to make sure others don’t feel like I did. I am passionate about making sure you feel comfortable and confident on your fitness journey.  From resistance bands to kettlebells, slam balls to barbells, I am committed to making training varied, fun and effective, to help you reach your goals. 


Whether you are returning to exercise after a break, just starting out or simply feel lost in your training, my aim is to support, challenge and motivate you on every step of your fitness journey. I want to empower you to find your strength; Feel strong, be strong 💪🏼
