I’m a Mum of 2 and a Personal Trainer, specialising in Women’s health & fitness, specifically (at the moment) postnatal rehab & strength training.
My intention is, as my baby gets older and I can put him in childcare, I’ll be able to help lots of other people, at different chapters in their lives.
I’m super passionate about helping women feel strong & empowered; I absolutely love my job!
